Retail Trainer
Retail Trainer required for a successful retail business with multiple sites across the UK. Salary is up to circa GBP30,000 plus car and pension. This is a field based role based on the M6 corridor and will be commutable from the following areas:- Liverpool, Warrington, Crewe, Stoke on Trent, Stafford, Birmingham, Coventry, Rugby.

As the Retail Trainer you will be responsible for providing specific store management, health & safety and information technology skills training support to the apprenticeship programme to the appropriate individuals and stores within the retail sector of the business, ensuring it is accurately delivered in line with Company strategy and timescales.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
As the Retail Trainer you will be responsible for the following:-
- Liaising with the Area Manager(s) and HR Business Partner to confirm and deliver Store Management Training in line with the induction process
- Liaising with and mentoring Retail Workplace Trainers on a quarterly basis ensuring issues, concerns and on-going support is delivered in a timely manner
- Supporting Area Managers and Store Managers in delivering bespoke training for individuals as a result of incident, long term sick etc.
- Working with the Health and Safety Advisor and Loss Prevention Advisor for regular updates on policies and procedures and support training if required
- Ensuring all training delivered is recorded in an efficient manner providing the Training Manager with regular updates of training delivered and planned
REQUIREMENTS
- You will have previous experience within a similar role either within Retail or another relevant industry
- You will have a recognised Training Qualification i.e. PTTLS, Cert in Learning and Development to a minimum of Level 3
- Previous experience within Training
- Excellent IT Skills including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- You will have ideally led training projects
- You will have excellent knowledge of the Apprenticeship Programme
- The role will be required to work in the field and overnight stays will be necessary
