Blue Arrow are recruiting on behalf of our Inverness based client for a Process Improvement Analyst with the primary aim to provide process improvement services. You will also be involved in providing change management services across departments. This is a fixed term contract for two years on an annual salary of GBP35,099 - 37,237.

Main Duties

- Help departments to analyse existing processes, identifying waste and inefficiencies, appropriate metrics, the creation of the future state process maps and support in creating and implementing action plans.

- Assist in the ongoing development of the Partnership`s Process Improvement framework

- Work to agreed standards, optimising working processes and practices, delivering and documenting within an agreed response time

- Continuously evaluate projects and monitor performance

- Helping co-ordinate teams as required by projects. Liaising with Stakeholders and services across the Partnership in particular ICT and Quality colleagues, in order to provide the necessary resources required to deliver outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate

- Educated to degree level, ideally with professional Process Management, project Management or BPM qualifications

- Experience in implementing and managing process improvement projects

- The ability to work and communicate effectively with staff at all levels

- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and LEAN improvement methodology

- Clean driving licence and willingness to travel across the Highlands and Islands
