We are recruiting for a Production Engineer to work as part of a multi-talented team, influencing design for manufacture, planning new product introduction, ensuring safe manufacturing processes and identifying production improvement opportunities.
This company design, manufacture and sell their products that are used in applications on a global scale, it's exciting and diverse engineering! They can offer you a salary of up to GBP37000, 25days holiday, flexi time, a 12:30 finish on Fridays, good pension contribution and a flexible benefits scheme where you can pick relevant benefits, i.e cycle to work, child care vouchers, medical insurance, travel insurance, retail vouchers etc.
Sounds great, so what do I need? This company pride themselves on their support and training and as a result have a high employee retention level. Naturally they seek positive, enthusiasts and driven engineers to join them, character, capacity and professionalism is key. It is vital you have a couple of years' experience at least working closely within production/manufacturing environments. Ideally having a certification in engineering i.e a HNC or an apprenticeship at least and fundamentally a sound understanding of mechanical engineering processes.
