Your new company
You will be working for an ambitious food manufacturing organisation based in North Wales. The company are currently looking to expand, through acquisition and introducing new lines at current production facilities. Your new role
In your new job, you will be responsible for the sites technical team with a key focus on maintaining the factory's BRC accreditation, which has just been awarded an AA grade. You will be in charge of ensuring that the manufactured product meets both customer and company standard on a consistent basis. Finally, you will drive and create a quality culture, encouraging all production teams to adhere to food safety procedures and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, ideally, you will possess a degree in a food production (or related) field with some post graduate experience in food quality. You will most definitely need the desire and ambition to grow with the company, as there is a lot of room for internal progression. This position is an ideal role for a professional with a positive attitude and someone who is passionate about food quality.
