Interim Engineering Manager - Pharmaceuticals
The company:

The candidate:
*Must be qualified in an Engineering subject
*Mechanically biased
*Positive, can-do attitude
*Worked on the maintenance engineering of engineered components and equipment
*Able to provide a quick response to internal customers
*Lean manufacturing experience with process improvement knowledge
*Man management experience
The role:
*Reporting to the Senior Manager, working with or leading a team of engineers on the maintenance engineering of components and equipment
*Completing lean manufacturing / continuous improvement projects
*Taking ownership of projects
*Looking at opportunities to improve the performance of the equipment
*Working on your own initiative
Salary:
*Excellent interimpackage. You will also receive ongoing training and development.
