GBP30,000 - GBP32,000 PA + Overtime

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Europe's leading boiler manufacturers providing service and repairs to their range of both Domestic and Commercial products manufactured by the Group. The position of Technical Service Engineer will predominantly be to work on the repair and pre planned maintenance of the companies products.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for attending to both breakdown and planned preventative maintenance calls on behalf of the companies customers. In The main you will work on an individual basis however there may be an occasion where you are asked to provide assistance on a job requiring two persons.

- Attending both "In" and "Out" of warranty breakdown calls.
- Provide Annual Servicing to manufacturer appliances.
- Carrying out fault finding to heating systems through to final repair.
- Providing both customers and installers with assistance in resolving product.

A work roster is in place, which requires some Saturday working during the winter period.

A 6 week manufacturers training course will be given upon start of employment.

Role Requirements

The successful candidate will hold the following gas ACS certificates,CCN1, HTR1, CEN1 and WAT1.

You will be expected to exhibit excellent levels of communication skills and Customer Service whilst representing the Company on a professional level at all times.
