Internal Account ManagerSalary: GBP20-24K with Uncapped OTE of GBP45-50KLocation: Kent, UK
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing Telecommunications provider in the Kent area as an Internal Account Manager. Successful applicants will be responsible for a growing number of Accounts with spend across a wide portfolio of Telecommunications Services including Hosted Voice, Fixed Line, Broadband, Mobile, and Data. This position has scope to further your career and advance into the field medium-term, with new business responsibility and greater earning potential..
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a thorough customer understanding to retain and grow spend
- Utilise relationship building and consultative selling with key decision makers to cross sell new products and services and upgrades
- Proactively management and strategy development of existing accounts
- Explain and demonstrate the benefits of Telecommunications services with ability to leverage
- Dealing with customer enquiries and quotations
- Keeping CRM regularily updated and diarising
- Achievement of Weekly and Monthly KPI's and Targets
- Personally collaborate and communicate with other members of the team to understand client capabilities
Experience of developing existing accounts within the Telecommunications space with a track record in sales/account management would be considered essential.
