We have a great opportunity for experienced Support Workers to join a pioneering autism service near Burnham on Sea.
You will be working for a fantastic organisation that not only provides a huge range of top quality services for the people they support, but also supports their staff to grow and develop along the way.
As a Support Worker you will enable and empower the people you support to gain confidence, skills and independence, and to take full advantage of the workshops, learning and leisure facilities available to them. You will be supporting service users in purpose built residential and supported living houses, in a beautiful countryside environment.
Within this role you will receive excellent training and support to help you excel and progress, and will enjoy being part of a knowledgeable and dedicated team.
To be successful in applying for this role you should have some experience and/or an understanding of autism, a passion for supporting people and a willingness to learn.
The salary for this job is ??15,000 - ??15,800 dependent on skills and experience, and shifts will be a mixture of earlies (7am - 2pm) and lates (2pm - 10pm) with alternate weekends.
