There is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a move to join a progressive and innovative consultancy in Bath.
This firm are seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) the team and assist in processing an interesting and wide range of projects across all sectors. These include Residential, Commercial, Education, Retail, Leisure, Hotels and Museums. The average project value is around the ??5m mark.
With offices in Bath and London this company offer a bespoke service to their clients; they pride themselves on being a flexible, diverse and dynamic business. Between the two offices they cover a large percentage of the UK and boast a wide client portfolio throughout the private and public sectors.
Although initially this position would be a technical role which is largely office based, flexibility and willingness to travel is also important. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, hard working, technically competent with a proven track record in the industry; a team player but capable of picking up a job and running with it independently.
