A growing FMCG and Retail consultancy company is looking for a commercially astute and highly analytical Supply Analyst to support Retailers in driving down waste and shrinkage, in turn improving availability.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the Lead Supply Analyst in delivery of client requirements pertaining to on-shelf availability and waste.
* Provide proactive insights and timely communication with the client.
* Communicate analysis and findings in a collaborative and dynamic manner.
* Investigating system or data issues and stabling cause and resolution.
* Retailer store visits.
Key Skills:
* Graduate calibre with a strong analytical background
* A strong understanding of Retail or Consultancy data with at least 2 years+ experience
* Experienced SQL user
* Highly computer literate - advanced excel
* Desirable knowledge of VBA, R, SPSS, SRSS, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI.
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
* Ability to communicate analysis and findings concisely - to both non-technical and technical audiences
* Able to prioritise and allocate time effectively
* Experience working with a large retailer
* Ability to understand complex models and relate them to day to day client service challenges.
* Diligent in completion of tasks and projects
* Strong team player
* Highly organised and motivated
