The role….
They have an exciting opportunity for a Production Assistant to join their TV Production team in Filleigh, North Devon.
Reporting to the Head of TV Production, they're looking for someone who is highly organised with great attention to detail who can support the team on all aspects of a shoot including briefing camera operators and photographers, collating prices for estimates, arrange locations, models, wardrobe, props, equipment hire, catering, insurance, crew, hotels, travel and anything else which may be required.
You'll also respond to queries on behalf of the team via e-mail, telephone and face to face, as well as being responsible for completing weekly attendance logs and timesheets for the team.
In addition, you'll use the internal system to raise jobs, estimates and purchase orders and supply job reports on a weekly basis.
