The Role

CACI offers an excellent working environment, in highly dynamic, pro-active and challenging client scenarios. For this purpose we are currently seeking new Data Cleanse Analysts with first-rate technical knowledge and a Professional Services Consultancy background to join the team at one of our largest client - a UK Fixed & Mobile Provider.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with L1,2,3 process design in the context of data cleanse
  • Data Analysis and data cleanse techniques.
  • Securing stakeholder approval of processes and deliverables listed above
  • Work collaboratively with customers and resources to ensure that solutions are technically viable and appropriately budgeted.

Technical skills Areas

  • End to end process design in a Service Provider environment.
  • Process impact assessment on business and IT domains.
  • Determining and Recording UML
  • Experience with Enterprise Architect (or similar) and Visio
  • Thorough process analysis and capture at all levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of OSS and BSS plus networking technologies.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL v3, ETOM and BPM
  • Strong background in Oracle SQL and ETL

Other Desirable Skills

  • Personable/good communicator in addition to design skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Provide thought leadership on projects, coordinating subject matter experts and solution designers to ensure coherency of the end to end design whilst ensuring that technical dependencies are identified and managed.
  • Excellent written and oral communications - high standards of documentation.
  • Strong technical-scoping skills (including identifying all options for client).
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Solution design or solution architecture experience.
  • Good commercial acumen.
  • Self-managing with a flexible and positive attitude to challenging requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a large-scale Telecom/IT environment, ideally an operator/supplier of fixed and/or mobile equipment, systems integrator or service provider.
  • Strong industry awareness in Telecoms.
  • Professional Services or Consultancy background.
  • Experience of business Transformation projects.
  • Experience capturing and supporting Operational training requirements
  • Experience in support in producing LWI and Operational Deliverables

Other Client Projects

The role will require the successful candidate to support many customers and projects and to potentially broaden their areas of expertise to cover new opportunities.

Location

UK South East (M4 corridor) with travel to multiple clients with some occasional international travel possible.

Other Qualifications/Certifications

Ideally, educated to degree level in Telecoms, IT, Computer Science or other similar subject.

Full UK Driving License.
