The Role: The Head of Key Accounts will be managing a team of account managers who target Blue Chip and corporate customers with an offering within the utilities sector. Your role is purely to manage, coach and mentor your team, getting involved with recruitment when necessary, setting strategy and driving sales. You will be working from their West Midlands offices one day a week.

For this Head of Key Accounts position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:- Strong field sales skills
- A significant track record in managing a high level team of key account managers
Experience of managing complex solutions sales within the corporate space
- You will have plenty of gravitas and commercial acumen, and be professionally sales trained
