A leading name in the wireless technology arena seeks a pro-active Software Project Manager with a formal project management qualification, an awareness of wireless technologies and a good market awareness.
Applications are sought from Degree qualified individuals (Science, Software, Electronics or Maths) with knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile software development and management processes and practices; experience of working within an International team and with a strong business awareness.
The successful Project Manager will actively manage the development process and Program dependencies from requirements capture, planning and resource estimation through to design, implementation and eventual commercial release.
You'll utilise your extensive leadership and communication skills - coordinating technical activities, negotiating for resources, communicating development status and working with customers and vendors.
Key Skills/Experience Sought:
High Degree of IT literacy, experience as a software developer in a team environment, an awareness of wireless technologies (WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth ideal), Prince2/ PMP, 3+ years as a Program Manager, Waterfall & Agile processes.
