Our client is a fairly new IT company with great growth potential, they specialise in cloud based business software for SMEs in the UK. Their platform is very user friendly and has lots of unique selling points which their competitors do not have.

They are now recruiting a permanent Admin person to start in February.

Job Description:

The main tasks for the successful candidate will be:

  • Using their in house database on a daily basis.
  • Answering phone calls, and taking messages.
  • Liaising with marketing companies to create company leaflets and brochures.
  • Working with Managing Director to raise company profile via a series of activities.
  • Talking on the phone with government bodies, suppliers, customers for routine work.
  • Support and Admin work for Marketing Manager and Managing Director.
  • Social medial updates on a daily basis.
  • PA service to the MD.

Successful candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • At least 2 years’ experience with company admin work.
  • Excellent skills on office software and good general computer knowledge.
  • English language at native speaker level, other languages are advantageous but not essential.
  • Able to work effectively within a team and under time pressure.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks effectively and prioritize different tasks.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Full clean UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
  • Applicants must be legal to work full time in the UK.
