Community Care Assistants

This care company is currently recruiting for Community Care Assistants to come and join their forever expanding team. The ideal candidate should be kind, caring, compassionate and have a friendly approach.

As a company they support their clients to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own home. Each of their clients has a personalised Care Plan that you will need to follow in order to meet their needs. They offer this service from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and they can offer a range of flexible, full or part-time working patterns.

Previous experience is not essential as they provide full paid training and they also offer the opportunity to progress your career and study towards your Level 2 Diploma whilst working with us.

The types of things you will be expected to do while working as a Community Care Assistant include:

- Personal Care (including washing, dressing and assisting with toileting and continence)
- Assisting with medication
- Domestic duties
- Preparing breakfast/lunch/dinner
- Helping with mobility

This position does require you to have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Rates of Pay:
£9.00 per hour weekdays / £10.00 per hour at weekends
(an additional 25p per hour is paid if you hold an NVQ or Diploma in Health and Social Care)
