Internal Sales Coordinator
Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Internal Sales Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business in the Doncaster area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly reputable business whom are renowned for providing quality products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a first class level of support to the Sales Team in the processing of new sales leads, monitoring of customer accounts and assisting in the providing of data and reports to management. Being the first point of contact for clients, you will play a pivotal part within the department and will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities will include the following:
-Raising internal orders and monitoring their progress through the system
-Compilation of customer schedules, assisting with monthly statistics and sales reports
-Building relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide an exceptional service
-Produce accurate quotations to customers own specifications
-Organising pricing for subcontracting operations
-General administration duties
Elevation Office Support would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills & experience:
-Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar role
-Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate and represent the business at all levels with customers
-Manufacturing/ metals background with a working knowledge of manufacturing business processes
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Good organisational and administrative skills
-Strong working knowledge of MS Packages; experience of Epicor would also be desirable
