Sales Enablement Specialist - GBP40-60k basic + 10% Bonus + 10% Pension + PMI + flexible benefits

The role:

In this role you will lead the sales enablement efforts for the region of the companies software. Working within a team of approximately 100 sales, presales and product managers responsibilities will include developing, managing and deploying sales enablement tools, processes, curriculum and best practices to drive sales productivity throughout the organisation. The role will partner across sales operations, sales leadership, marketing, and other teams as required. The position works closely with and is a key contributor to global sales enablement to create and execute effective programs and workshops that ensure increasing levels of sales capability, productivity, and performance that achieve organisational goals

Essential:

* Proven track record is delivering sales training programs with the ability to influence and guide sales teams to deliver results

* Experience and knowledge of complex sales processes

* Experience of on-boarding new sales executives along with setting and creating personal development plans for continued investment in tenured sales representatives to support global sales enablement initiatives.

* The ability to manage and execute learning strategies through e-learning, webinars, formal classroom training, individual coaching and self study assignments

* Experience of setting, measuring and agreeing KPI's and metrics to track the adherence of the sales team to process and procedures.

Desirable:

* Experience of all the above within an IT/Software sales environment or products

* Specifically software products for industrial applications for enhancing their businesses by enabling them to be more efficient with their processes.

* Technical background

* Knowledge of asset care technology and software packages
