In order to develop, implement and manage the online marketing and web development for this business, the ideal candidate will have a strong experience of all online marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Email and content marketing. A minimum of 3 years' experience at a senior level in a digital environment as well as managing projects, budgets and people.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
-Strong experience of all online marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Email and content marketing.
-Minimum 3 years' experience at a senior level in a digital environment.
-Experience of creative ' front end' and 'back end' web development skills and processes and the ability to drive continued conversion improvements and optimisation including employing up to date techniques and technologies.
-Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
-Budget management experience.
-Campaign analysis and Project Management skills.
-An aptitude and passion for all digital and related technologies.
-Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work at different levels of the organisation.
-Experience briefing creative teams and brand development.
-Commercially astute with a focus on the customer.
-Experience of people management including performance management and personal development plans.
Objectives
-To develop, implement and manage the online marketing and web development strategies.
-To deliver high volumes of qualified traffic using all available online acquisition tools and techniques including PPC, SEO, Email Marketing and other suitable online channels.
-Drive customer acquisition, cross sell and retention web strategies via the Website and Customer Portal.
-Ensure the correct blend of internal and external skills, technologies and support, whilst managing and optimising external partner relationships.
-Working with the management team to develop and enhance the brand through effective use of content and campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
-Web - Effectively develop website, managing content, ensuring brand compliance and technical and regulatory accuracy
-Search Marketing - devise appropriate bid and link strategies for all core products,
whilst ensuring ethical and 'white hat' techniques are adhered to
-Team - Manage and develop the skills of all individuals in the team including personal development goals, the setting of key objectives and targets and performance management when required.
-Reporting and Dashboards - ensure all campaigns are fully tagged and tracked.
Evaluate performance and apply learning to subsequent activity.
-External Suppliers - Ensure that all external relationships are managed efficiently and that all emerging trends and technologies are embraced.
-Performance Metrics - Ensure these are set and that all campaigns are optimised and managed to agreed performance KPls
-Budgets - Oversee the annual tactical Marketing spend to maximise ROI
-Reporting - Weekly Management Meeting and suitable reporting
Salary
GBP40,000 - GBP50,000
