The company:
Our clients are a well-established British company that has grown as a multinational organisation over 4 continents.

Main duties:
The candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer service for pre and post export sales. In order to meet the company sales and financial objectives, the candidate will have to go through various sales and support processes.

The role:
-To be part of the company Sales plan through various sales processes.
-To take part in the Export Budget target achievement
-To ensure that the customers’ requirements and business objectives are met
-To be responsible for approximately 140 customer accounts across Europe and Asia
-To attend regularly European Trade Shows (UK, Europe, Worldwide), and to help with their preparation if required.
-To deal with customers’ enquiries & after-sales calls including payment, shipment, pricing, merchandising, complaints, and products.
-To set up new export customers’ accounts
-To carry out pro-active selling activities as directed by the Export Manager to expand sales
-To take part in the launching of new products
-To make recommendation and give feedback to the Export Manager to improve the sales process
-To assists the sales administrator

The candidate:
- Fluent English (oral and written) - business level
- Fluency in another European language is a plus
- Good business acumen
- Previous experience in Sales sector
- Proven track record achieving targets
- A dynamic and flexible individual

The salary:
Up to £25,000 pa + bonus (basic depending on experience)
