My client, a well established Exterior Contractor based in the Midlands require an experienced Contracts Manager. The successful Contracts Manager will have a background working on Industrial and Commercial Roofing, Cladding and Envelope projects (essential).
The role will be primarily site based where you will managed 4-5 live projects at any one time. You will ideally hold SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid qualifications.
Project values range from GBP50k - GBP5m, working within the Commercial & Industrial sectors.
Contracts Manager Duties:
+ Manage multiple projects from initial survey to handover
+ Implement any health and safety on site
+ Responsible for the overall management of each project
+ Travel to different sites (Midlands & Nationwide)
Contracts Manager Requirements:
+ Experience working on Industrial and Commercial Roofing, Cladding and Envelope projects (essential)
+ Previous experience as Roofer will be advantageous
+ Proven experience as a Contracts Manager managing projects with values of up to GBP2m
+ Will hold SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid qualifications
+ Happy to Travel
