This is a fantastic opportunity if you are an experienced Motor Technician seeking an office based role, where you can utilise your technical knowledge within a Claims/Customer Service role. Working for a highly reputable, well established and very successful organisation based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, offering a fantastic benefits package, free parking and a great working environment!
Your duties will include:
* Working a call centre environment, dealing with claims received
* Using technical knowledge to authorise claims
* Negotiating claims payments
* Processing applications and amendments on the system
In addition to the above, you will need to have first class customer service skills, possessing a C & G motor technician qualification (or equivalent).
