Working as part of team, your duties will include:
* Responding to customer service queries received via telephone, letter and email
* Inputting all replies, responses, discussions, queries from stores and customers onto the database
* Processing refunds
* Inputting new applications and any amendments
* Dealing with queries from stores
You need to have similar experience of working within a call centre environment, possessing excellent communication skills, together with good IT skills and a keen eye for detail. In addition, you will have a calm approach to workload and customer contact, able to work on your own initiative.
