Residential Conveyancer Required

We are looking for a highly motivated, self -managing Conveyancer with a friendly approach to clients and a desire to deliver an excellent quality service.

You will have at least 3 year experience for handling a reasonable volume of transactions from instructions to completion (including post completion work). Such experience with include Sales, Purchases, Mortgages and will be a mixture of Freehold and Leasehold titles. Ideally you will be a Solicitor but we will consider applications from Chartered Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.

You will be a team-player and would join a small dynamic team of experienced Conveyancing Solicitors.

You must be well organised and able to communicate effectively with clients, the other parties’ solicitors, estate agents and other agencies. The successful applicant must be competent (having regard to the SRA Competence Statement) and have a good working knowledge of residential conveyancing. You will be IT literate and familiar with using case management systems.

A good understanding of risk management would be an advantage as would familiarity with CQS and LEXCEL quality standards.

Our offices are based in Bridgend town with easy access to public transport including a mainline train station.
