Robert Half are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a rapidly expanding business based in Bedminster, South Bristol. They have recently undergone significant growth and plan to continue growing this year. This role is a 6 month contract covering Maternity Leave - there is scope for the role to be extended or even turned into a permanent role.

The Role

Purchase Ledger Clerk required in Bedminster, South Bristol. Reporting directly into the Purchase Ledger Manager you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices using ERP Software, resolving customer queries and logging in excel. Full reconciliation of supplier statements. Assisting with the preparation and submission of the weekly BACS payment run. Assisting with ad-hoc financial task as required (Bank reconciliations)

Your Profile

Previous experience in Purchase Ledger is essential. The role requires you to have strong IT Skills including Excel and Word. You will also need a confident communication style. You will need to be well organised and able to work to deadlines.
