Customer/Performance Manager
Derbyshire
Excellent Salary Dependant on experience
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading utilities provider.
Working for a large civils contract you will be responsible for recording and reviewing performance levels and customer service standards against the contracted KPIs
You will ensure customer satisfaction is managed and performance against operational KPI's to promote continuous improvement
Responsible for utilising score cards, dashboards and performance metrics to always promote further change or drive efficiencies
You will have the ability to identify threats to performance in advance and plan solutions.
Be able to support operational delivery to ensure systems and processes are efficient and appropriate.
Have the ability to manage customer queries/complaints through to resolution as well as being the main client interface and communicate with them as required
Candidates applying must have significant experience in dealing with customers and their queries
Successful candidates will have the ICS qualification and an appreciation of Appreciation of ISO9001,14001, 18001
