RandstadCPE is currently looking for a senior administrator with finance experience to join our client in their Aberdeen office. You must have previous administration experience and be familiar with Microsoft Office package and Oracle application or similar financial package. You will require to have experience in invoicing and raising of purchase orders.

Duties include:

* Manage of invoicing to College for Overtime, Materials, Projects & MTC.
* Assist FM on financial reporting to college.
* Recording & logging incoming office financial information, invoices etc.
* Progress ,create, amend and check National Schedule of Rates (NSR)
* Office administration and procedures.
* Undertake any additional tasks issued as and when required by Line Manager

Desirable Skills: Knowledge of National Schedule of Rates and Quantity Surveyor experience would be an advantage
Academic/Vocational Qualifications: Minimum GCSE/Standard Grade Math's, English.
