Mitrem Recruitment are seeking a Business Development Administrator to join a reputable company in the Plymouth area to join their growing team.
This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a salary of GBP17000 -GBP18000 PA.
You will be joining the sales and marketing team, supporting with both internal and external sales teams.
Your role as the Business Development Administrator will include;
- Cold, warm and follow up telephone calls to target accountancy firms - setting up diarised appointments for field staff
- Use geographical awareness for appointment schedules for the field staff
- Send invitation and confirmation emails
- Follow up sales letters or emails where required
- Be fully conversant with all the products and services provided by the company, and upsell where possible
- Deal with client queries
- Assist the Business Development Manager with report writing for monthly meetings
- Attend seminars, conferences and the company courses when required
- Meet (and where possible exceed) targets as set by the board and specified in your KPI's
Your key skills and experience for the Business Development Administrator will include;
- MUST have experience in B2B telemarketing
- Experience in delivering high quality customer services
- A high level of accuracy in written work including data entry
- Experience of databases and Microsoft IT
- Experience of maintaining client databases
