Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional HR Administrator for one of our key clients whom are based in Sheffield; initially on a 12 month contract which has the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate. This is a part time position for 18-20 hours per week, which can be flexible to suit the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will be professional in their approach and have previous experience of working within a HR Department; providing an efficient administrative service, completing all levels of HR administration tasks for employees and departmental requirements. You will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload effectively on your own initiative.

Duties & Responsibilities will include the following:

-Minute taking at Disciplinary and Grievances meetings,
-Arranging bookings for training courses
-Managing the database to ensure all new starters are registered, recording absences and organising holiday and sick pay as necessary
-Assisting with recruitment; posting job vacancies, arranging interviews and organising offer letters where necessary
-Providing Administrative support to the HR team when needed
-Compiling Management reports for monthly meetings
