I am currently sourcing a Recruitment Coordinator for a great business based in Bournville. This role is a contract role but a fantastic opportunity to join a business with so much growth and development potential! This is a great role for someone who has some internal recruitment experience but would like to take the next step in their career and by working within a busy recruitment environment, you will be able to gain experience at a fast-paced, high volume organisation. Key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with line managers to understand needs and creating job descriptions
- Advertising roles on their portal
- Shortlisting candidates in line with experience requirements
- Conducting pre-screening interviews
- Management of the on-boarding process with continuous candidate communication
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with high levels of motivation and the ability to work autonomously. Taking ownership of your workload and a previous experience in an internal recruitment role is ideal.
