Telesales Executive - Cheshire
We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive for a leading lift manufacturer in Cheshire.
The Tele Sales Executive will develop leads from a variety of sources including inbound sales calls, to the point where they can be passed to an Regional Sales Manager to carry out a survey or submit a quotation.
Essential Skills:
- Background in sales
- Lift product knowledge desirable or similar
- First-class communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to interpret client and end-user requirements
- Able to work under pressure and to tight time controls
- Good IT skills
- A "self-starter" with the ability to work independently
Desirable Skills base:
- German or French language speaker an advantage.
The Role
- Supply sales-ready leads to the Sales force
- Generate Leads with targeted emails.
- Responding to inbound sales calls & enquiries
- Assisting the sales department with the compilation of sales reports
- Follow up & nurture leads and arrange client visits
- Provide relevant KPIs to senior management
- Outbound sales calls
- Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management System (Clik).
- Follow-up on quotations on behalf of the Salesteam.
- Manage triggered email campaigns
- General marketing support
- Carry out additional functions as requested by management
