Telesales Agent

We're looking for an experienced Telesales individual to join our growing company, as a Lead Generator. The responsibilities of the role include Outbound calling on a B2B basis. This is a new position there for we're looking for a confident individual that believes they can set exceptionally high sales standards.
Working hours Monday to Friday office hours, starting salary between GBP25,000 - GBP30,000per annum, OTE GBP40k uncapped.
Responsibilities:
* Appointment setting against set targets to support Business Development
* Active prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to achieve own sales target
* Follow up on in-house marketing campaigns via telephone and email
* Reactivate dormant clients and prospects via outbound calling
* Help build and qualify a target database for conversion to sale cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and following up in order to move opportunities through the sales process
* Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards
Skills and Experience:
* 3-4 years telemarketing and sales experience
* Confident on the phone speaking to people at all levels
* Experience of finding new business through sourcing leads
* Able to negotiate and overcome obstacles.
* Must be a team player
* GCSE in Maths and English (Grade B or above)
* A proven sales track record with experience and evidence of the ability to build collaborative relationships, internally and externally
* Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid numeracy with good commercial and business sense
* Proven ability to organise own schedule and priorities
* Confident and comfortable using various computer systems
