Your new role
As HR Advisor you will offer vital support on a daily basis to develop professional and constructive relationships with both employees and trade union representatives. You will be responsible for providing expert advise , taking part in union negotiations as well as working with the HR team in regards to general HR issues from both management and employees. There will be opportunity to work on exciting projects and also work across multi-sites throughout the UK to provide site managers with generalist HR support.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience is essential; therefore you must have previously worked in a HR Advisor position and possess strong employee and industrial relations skills. A good level of IT is required as is excellent communication skills as you will be required to communicate at all levels on a daily basis, providing support to the management team in relation to informing and consulting with employees and union representatives, ensuring that all communications are properly documented. It would also be advantageous to have a strong knowledge of up to date UK and EU employment legislation, focusing on service provision transfers (TUPE).
