You'll strategize about how and where our client can recruit their next generation of top talent, and implement this by enhancing their employer brand on campus and nurturing existing relationships. You'll be recruiting both graduates and interns. Our client's growth plans over the next 5 years are ambitious and they anticipate a continuous recruitment cycle.

The Recruitment team works closely with the HR team, together they're responsible for attracting and retaining the highest quality staff.  This includes recruitment, career development and training, pay and rewards, and welfare issues.

This is a challenging role in an extremely busy department. All applicants must have proven experience within a recruitment role; you must have good understanding of how to screen and short list CVs for specific roles, must have experience interviewing candidates and it is essential that you have an appreciation of the need to handle sensitive and confidential data in line with legal and ethical requirements. You must also understand what it takes to attract high calibre graduates and interns in a competitive industry sector. You will need to be a capable and thorough administrator with a good eye for detail and accurate data entry skills. You must be highly organised and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. It is essential that you have plenty of initiative and must be able to assign priorities without supervision. Being an effective communicator is essential in this role. Previous experience organising and planning events would be a distinct advantage. This role will require regular travel within the UK (Intensive travel October - February) and you must have real passion and must genuinely enjoy talking to potential recruits.
