PQE REQUIRED: 3-5 Years PQE
LOCATION: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor with experience of commercial property litigation and insolvency related property matters. This role will suit Property Litigation Solicitors with a broad mix of litigation experience who also have experience of commercial property litigation. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for high and county court property litigation with some general commercial litigation. There will also be a limited amount of insolvency related property work.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors who are hard-working, out-going and a good team player with experience of working in a city or medium/large practice. You will have the adaptability and initiative with the ability to cope with a broad mix of primarily property litigation matters. You will also have excellent interpersonal and marketing skills with the ability to develop contacts for the team and the firm.
