A leading Cardiff based Law Firm is looking for an experienced and talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Property Team.
Job Title: Commerical Property Solicitor
Location: Central Cardiff
Experience: 0yrs - 6yrs PQE
Salary: Circa GBP50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
A leading Legal 500 Law Firm is currently seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property Team based in Central Cardiff.
The successful candidate will provide legal advice and guidance to commercial clients across a full spectrum of commercial property matters including:
* Advising on freehold and leasehold transactions.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts relating to the client's matters.
* Preparing reports on file and researching points as required.
* Responding to client queries as appropriate.
Person specification:
* Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects Commercial Property Law.
* Level of experience ranging between 18 months - 6 years PQE.
* Ability to work in a cross functional manner as is necessary to meet the company goal.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work in team framework.
* Ability to project a professional image and deal confidently with clients.
