We are looking for dynamic and talented individuals to join our growing Sales team in our Worthing branch.
The main objective of the role is to broker and sell insurance policies to new and existing customers, whilst maintaining exceptional quality and complying with FCA & TCF guidelines. You will receive competitive salary and bonuses, the support of a dedicated training team and the opportunity to be a part of our unique development programme.
Starting salary: GBP14-18k pa plus bonus (realistic OTE GBP19k - GBP23k, potential of up to GBP28k pa)
Start date: 30 January 2017
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* To broker and sell insurance policies to new and existing customers, over the phone and, at times, face to face.
* To achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
* To share best practice and offer ideas for continuous improvement.
* To maintain a high level of quality scores.
