GBP32,000 + Benefits
3 shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)
Our client, a market leading food manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets. Working with this well established brand you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance in the food manufacturing environment. This position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within a secure and stable company.
Role Description
*Providing both Reactive & PPM
*Working on a variety of machinery including Industrial Ovens, Conveyors, Weighers, Packaging Equipment, Loading Machines etc
*Will be able to own project and follow up when required on suppliers/contractors
*Is prepared and able to turn hand to all aspects of maintaining a site plus equipment.
*Fault Finding both Electrically & Mechanically
*Sets very high standards when repairing/working/implementing equipment
*Help and train operators
Skills and Qualifications
*Time-served maintenance background
*Multi-skilled - Fault Finding ability both Electrically & Mechanically
*PLC fault finding knowledge (advantageous)
*Food/FMCG Background
*Strong organisational skills
