Imperyo is a young and ambitious Marketing and Sales company, located in Watford, North West London. We are currently looking to meet with entrepreneurial-minded people, who are motivated to progress and develop a new career as we are looking to grow our existing team and expand into a new market!

?? RETAIL SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOSPITALITY
?? TEAMWORK/ LEADERSHIP/ PUBLIC SPEAKING

Sales Assistant Opportunity:
You'll begin by learning a systematic approach to client representation & new customer acquisition.Within a matter of weeks top performers will have the chance to advance into a team leader position.
As a team leader, you'll be responsible for achieving your individual targets plus helping others achieve theirs.You'll get the chance to learn leadership skills, mentoring skills, coaching and personal development skills.
Further development opportunities are available to top performers.
Sales Assistant Requirements:
?? Experience in a customer-oriented role is preferred (retail, hospitality, customer service)
?? A degree is not necessarily required, but business-oriented degrees can be beneficial
?? You need to be willing to start at an entry-level and work your way up
?? Full time hours are necessary for those wanting to progress rapidly
?? You need to be 18+ years of age & eligible to work in the UK
?? Asolid work ethic is essential
?? You need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to expand comfort zones
