We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant /Account Manager /Contracts recruitment consultant to work within a busy engineering technical recruitment team .We require a professional and experienced Account Manager /Internal Recruitment and Resourcing Consultant to focus on high volume recruitment ,selection responsibilities within the engineering manufacturing ,technical construction market .
Although no cold calling and sales will be involved it is essential that you have worked within a recruitment consultants role /or a candidate resourcing role previously .
As a Resourcer /Internal Recruitment Consultant, you will represent the business at all times .You will be responsible for recruitment events with the aim of assessing and selecting the desired quality and quantity of new candidates for the company . You will participate in ad-hoc recruitment events such as open evenings, recruitment fairs ,network
You must be comfortable with candidate generation through direct applications ,job boards, headhunting ,social and professional media, referrals and networking
You will be interviewing and selecting candidates at all levels throughout the technical recruitment ,engineering recruitment and construction recruitment sector
Knowledge of the whole recruitment process is essential
You will need adhere to compliance processes in relation to legal right to work and pre-employment screening .It is important that you ensure that all relevant documentation is collected from candidates
As an internal recruiter /recruitment consultant you must keep the candidates updated and offer constructive feedback when necessary
You will be working in a team that are highly experienced recruitment consultants and divisonal managers .Long term career development and training will be offered. You will have the opportunity to work towards your REC qualification or any other you feel may benefit you to do the job to your best ability
Experience of working within thetechnical market within the Yorkshire and /or midlands area is desirable knowledge of

- Engineering is all of an interest due to the existing PSL and contracts in place
