HR Reporting & Analytics Manager - up to GBP60,000
Annapurna recruitment are currently working with a sector leading organisation who are on the hunt for a HR Analytics Lead within their HR Reporting & Analytics function. This role will be responsible for:
- Partnering with business and acting as the key P.O.C for all HR R&A activities and projects
- Managing, creating, designing and implementing ad-hoc reports to be used trend and strategy purposes
- Meeting both the technical needs of the business and the story telling to explain the data trends being displayed on the visualizations.
- A keen eye for HR Analytics and various visualisation/analytical methods is esential for the success of this role.
The successful candidate will be expected to have experience working with an HR system on a global scale in an organisation that is fast moving and ever changing. Experience developing reports will be crucial and data management skills would be ideal. Statistical modeling would be ideal but the capability to interpret MI reports is essential.
