Description
Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business. You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery. Your responsibilities will be sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates. Additionally, you will manage the recruitment process from a job going live to offer stage. Your goal is to build mutual, benefiting relationships with clients and candidates to maximise PageGroup's commercial performance.
Profile
Previous recruitment experience is not necessary, but ideally some candidates would have sale experience.
Candidate requirements:
- University Degree
- Tenacity and resilience persuasion and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with a strong work ethic.
- Work independently using initiative, as well as in a team.
- Commercial acumen and business awareness will also be critical to your success.
