Graduate Sales Executive, Aerospace, Bristol. ??25,000 to ??30,000 Basic, ??40,000 with commission + car + benefits. Second Year with bonuses and commission will be ??45K+. This multinational manufacturer is looking for exceptional graduates that are looking for a five year-plus role and have a burning desire to be the best they can be in a sales role. This is an ideal role for a business, aerospace or aviation graduate with strong communication skills and a driven and 'go getting' attitude, ideally with some sales experience, looking to break into the international aviation industry.

It must be stressed that this is a sales role so please do not apply unless this is the direction in which you which you to take your career.

This is a graduate trainee role that requires an exceptional graduate from a business or technical discipline (scientific or engineering led) that is confident, practically minded, a team player and an achiever. The key requirement is your attitude - you will be a graduate that is confident, ambitious and highly driven. To demonstrate these ambitious and driven qualities your CV will demonstrate these exceptional qualities. Perhaps you have played sport at a high level or represented your university in debating competitions, had involvement in the Student Union, led charity fundraising campaigns or something similarly 'outstanding' like working for charities on a volunteer basis, climbing mountains, undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh or similar awards, etc. As you can probably tell we are looking for an achiever with a 'zest for life' and a key part of the interview process will be based around your attitude, aspirations and determination to get ahead in life.

Full training will be offered, but this is a new business-oriented role where you will be expected to make outbound sales calls to arrange and attend meetings. It is a conceptual sales role as the profit is largely in the support packages around the components rather than in the components themselves - i.e. logistics, maintenance packages, leasing packages, etc. The role is also selling components and services to tier one, two and three suppliers within the aerospace sector.

The role requires an outstanding talent that is happy with new business generation and would be unfazed by sales rejection.

Above the need of a degree and ideally some sales experience the key requirement is your attitude; you will be confident, practically minded, ambitious, a team player, highly driven and an achiever.

Numerical and verbal reasoning will be part of the recruitment process as the ability to 'think on your feet' and make quick accurate decisions is essential.
