I am now searching for an ambitious Marketing Digital Account Director to join a creative and integrated Marketing agency based in Bristol. This agency can provide a brilliant career opportunity for a talented Digital Account Director to work directly with the MD to help this agency continue to grow.

Are an integrated marketing communications agency based in Bristol, with a team or around 20. They work with a long list of interesting brands, from local to blue chip, small and large companies. The company culture is brilliant, all working together to deliver outstanding campaigns.
The role.
You will head a team of established AM`s and SAM`s, running some of the agencies key accounts and be heavily responsible for shaping the agency`s growth, by pitching for and winning new business. Although this role is at Account Director level, there is still lots of room for this person to grow, progress and get rewarded.
The experience we need.
100% agency experience, most likely integrated as an Account Director, but with a sound knowledge of all things digital. Excellent client relationship skills and a friendly, enthusiastic personality. Digital skills across UX, Mobile, Web are essential.
What you`ll get in return.
A competitive Bristol salary, probably ??40k-??45k seems about right for the level of responsibility, but with growth potential and genuine career prospects beyond this.
