Nicholas Howard Limited are delighted to be recruiting for a new and exciting role as an Adult ADHD Specialist.

Based from home within the Bristol area, the successful candidate will manage their own account(s) and catchment area(s) through cost effective resource deployment and deliver agreed targets and other performance metrics in collaboration with the cross-functional team.

Responsibilities will include building relationships with all KOLs / prescribers, developing strategic, efficient and cost effective account plans that are aligned to the marketing brand plan and national ADHD adult strategy and working alongside the local KAS team to ensure smooth transition from child to adult services. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders within the company and communicates strategic plans, feed back competitor intelligence to the marketing and medical team and support the regional manager with regional strategy and takes on additional regional and national projects to enhance the team skills.

Education & Experience:

- Experience in identifying and prioritising business opportunities through:
- - Excellence in key account management
- - Best in class business planning
- In-call challenging and influencing skills.
- Efficient management of territory budget with demonstrable evidence in gaining maximum return on investment.
- You must be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities and project management within a regional and/or national setting in a commercial role.
- Developing and leading innovative projects which have led to clear business outcomes.
- You will be able to demonstrate creative thinking and measured risk taking.
- You will be a team player, able to work within a complex cross-functional environment.
- Previous experience of partnering with local (UK) healthcare environment in order to implement local/national initiatives in support of products and disease areas an advantage.
- Excellent, proven communication skills.
- Demonstrable, consistent successful sales record.
- University degree in Medicine / Biology / Chemistry / Pharmacy or other Life sciences preferred.
