Site Operations Supervisor
Westbury
Salary circa GBP30k per annum
Varying shifts across the day between the hours of 0600-2200hrs
Our client is looking to recruit a Site Operations Supervisor to join their team which has grown along with the output of the plant.
As a Site Operations Supervisor you will be required to ensure that deliveries of municipal waste and the dispatch of processed products are dealt within an efficient manner, making sure output targets are met within the businesses SLA agreements.
In this position you will have one direct report with the rest of the staff on that shift reporting to them, meaning that we are looking for a candidate with managerial experience.
Ideally you will also have worked within a process-based manufacturing role, ideally within waste and have knowledge of Health & Safety / Environmental requirements within a manufacturing site.
Main Duties -
- Oversee the daily operation for the shift they are on ensuring minimal downturn of the plant.
- Ensure all products entering and leaving site is processed within the guidelines of the site ensuring compliance at all times.
- Ensure front line maintenance is carried out by the engineering team as and when as dictated by the maintenance schedule.
