This Bridgend based telecommunications business is looking for an experienced part time customer service admin assistant. They are looking for a person who can give a welcoming and responsive approach, provide excellent customer service to their customers and carry out general admin duties.

Main duties
- Answer telephone enquiries from new and existing clients
- Placing and tracking orders with a number of different suppliers
- Tracking and monitoring customer faults
- Creating new customer accounts on internal computer systems
- Assist in monthly billing activities
- Scanning files and managing documentation
- Assist in collating marketing materials and mail shots
- General admin tasks
- Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounts via SAGE would be beneficial, but not essential.

Person Specification

- Good communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Positive and willing to take on a variety of new tasks
- IT literate - especially with MS Office suite of software
- Conscientious and organised
- Good attention to detail

The hours of work will be 16 hours per week, which can be negotiated at interview stage.

Salary = GBP9 per hour.
