A Digital Marketing Executive is required to join a highly successful and expanding Managed IT Service Provider.

Providing clients with a holistic approach to their technology requirements, this company has built an outstanding reputation for providing first class business solutions to their clients locally, nationally and internationally.

They are looking to win new customers and drive further revenue growth so are seeking an experienced digital marketing executive, responsible for driving and optimising all marketing activity. Do you have what it takes for this key role within the business?!

Key tasks and responsibilities:

- Drive lead generation activity for the company - across all channels (Web, Social Media, email, phone, PPC, and events)
- Manage content strategy, generate ideas, source content, manage content calendar and liaise with agency where necessary
- Ensure brand consistency across all the customer touch points and maintain file management system for all company marketing documents
- Support Management on delivery of website and digital projects and marketing efforts
- Design, create and implement all external email communications targeting the company's supporters, volunteers and service users to promote their events, work and services
- Maintain email contact lists and business CRM
- Design, create and implement email communications targeting existing customers, and the wider business community to engage staff in news & events to help them feel connected
- Design, create and implement Digital banner adverts to help promote different services we offer throughout the year to drive traffic to their website
- Make updates to the organisation's website and source new images to be uploaded to ensure up to date content and information that reflects the brand
- Source and populate content on the social media content calendar to be used across digital channels.
- Report digital activity on weekly/monthly/ad hoc KPIs using Google Analytics and similar tools

Essential skills:

- At least two years digital B2B marketing experience (preferably in technology-based solutions)
- Experience of working with lead generation and sales teams to nurture customers and prospects
- Excellent understanding of Websites SEO and PPC techniques, metrics & web marketing
- Strong level of experience using graphic, web development and web analytic tools
- Good understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Curious, confident and able to use own initiative and contribute ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a willingness to get stuck in and do what is required to get the job done
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with outstanding attention to detail and proof reading skills
- The ability to multi task, manage simultaneous projects & work under pressure to meet deadlines
