Marketing Communications role for dynamic individual in rapidly expanding company

The Role

The Internal Marketing Communications Coordinator will play a key role in the HR team - creating, coordinating and delivering a range of communication and engagement initiatives to all employees including:

• Creation and editing of content for the company's newsletter
• Roll-out of HR Communications projects
• Ensuring up to date and relevant content for the company's intranet
• Building relationships and information channels with company managers and staff
• Contribute as proactive member of the internal / external marcomms team
• Project work as required for various marketing communications channels

The Candidate

The successful Internal Marketing Communications Coordinator will bring their experience within a marketing or communications environment and their knowledge of internal communications tactics and strategies. Preferably with experience in content writing / editing - you will know how to write good copy - updating intranet and web portals, along with other multi-media communications channels, you will be able to work both autonomously and as part of the team.

A background from a vocational, training or educational organisation, in an HR internal comms capacity, would be particularly relevant as would any experience gained in content management and design & video editing software.
