HR Shared Services Deputy Manager; based in Portsmouth; 2 months assignment; GBP25.00 limited per hr.
We are looking to recruit a HR shared Services Deputy Manager to be based at our client site in Portsmouth.
The post holder will be required to ensure the smooth running of HR admin, Contracts and Asset Departments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer service focus for HR Admin department
Supervise, support and develop the HR Admin team including regular team meetings, 1-2-1s and appraisals
Ensure all transactions submitted promptly, and accurately and in line with required controls and documented deadlines
Ensure payment of staff in accordance with agreed pay dates
Implement process improvements
Liaise with HRD to resolve issues
Support the internal and external audits including ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and comments
Integration of new business areas into existing processes & procedures
Implementation of Success Factors including driving of the data cleanse piece
Improved customer service
Efficient HR Admin & Contracts Function
Monthly KPI??EURs
Ensure all processes are documented and governance is maintained
Key Skills
In depth knowledge of Shared Service Centre
Excellent people management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of KPIS to measure HR Admin performance Key Behavioural competencies
Moves the HR Admin department forward in a constantly changing environment
Creates a culture of high performance and actively manages under performance
Strong leadership abilities
Maintains focus under pressure
Highly motivated with the drive to improve working practices & procedures
Professional in all communication demonstrating required behavioural standards at all times. Key Analytical Skills and Challenges / competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Numerically literate
High level of computer literacy and self-starter on new systems
